Geoffrey (Tailor) Highland Crafts Ltd. (GTHC) is a family run business
comprising Geoffrey, his wife Lorna and their son Howie.

Geoffrey qualified as a Master Tailor in London in 1969. His mother was also a kiltmaker in WW2 and went on to teach Geoffrey’s father kilt-making. They also ran a successful kiltmakers in Edinburgh, mainly making for the trade and pipebands.

In 1996 Howie launched ‘21st Century Kilts (TFCK) within the company. This contemporary range of kilt wear continues to grow and thrive within GTHC.

Offering a highland dress alternative has opened up kilt wearing to many men looking for a modern alternative.

GTHC only make garments for sale in their own stores and on-line.

We do not supply kilts to the trade.

Every month we do fittings in London.

GTHC also run ‘The Tartan Weaving Mill and Exhibition’ next to Edinburgh Castle. A unique opportunity to view our cloth in the making.
