Ladies’ hand sewn kilts

This garment is made to the same specifications as the gent’s kilt with less material to make it more comfortable and flattering for ladies to wear. It has a minimum of 4 yards.

Recommended fabrics are the light and medium weights, though heavyweights can still be used if so desired.

As a guide, Hip measurement of up to 40" requires a 4 yard kilt, hip measurement of 40" to 44" requires a 5 yard kilt, hip measurement of 44" to 48" requires a 6 yard kilt. larger kilts can still be made; please enquire for advice and cost.

Day length is under 29".

Eve length is 29" and over.

Ladies Kilted Skirts

Machine sewn with less yardage. Not to be confused with factory made tartan skirts. There is at least 3 yards of material in the GT kilted skirt. The left side has a velcro closure and two straps and buckles on the right.
